The Beginning

Several decades ago I started buying real estate. My preference was in vacant land.

Why real estate?

Real estate is not my only asset item I purchase. I am a historian, museum gem collector, rare coin enthusiast, performance and exotic automobiles, and other items.

What size land interests me the most?

I prefer acre land deals, ranging in size from 1-500 acres. Yes, I have acquired huge acreage of more than 20,000 acres previously but it is not my single goal.

What about vacant lots?

Vacant lots usually have improvements and this is not what i desire the most. Again, yes, I have acquired lots or tracks of lots but it is not the first thing I look for. If you have vacant land which is dividable into lots without huge expenses, regardless of size, i would be interested in this discussion to buy from you.

About How I started…

At heart I have always been a collector more than a seller. True, the name of this website is called Real Estate Buy Sell Exchange but buying is most attention getting for me.
The excitement of taking a vacant piece of property which has been overlooked or never developed and turn it into a productive item is heart warming to me.
About the time I turned 21 the spark inside me to start buying land came alive. I have owned extremely large homes, apartment complexes, commercial adventures but for some odd reason raw land keeps me excited.
