Frequently Asked Questions
1. What types of land do you buy?
I buy a wide variety of vacant land across the USA, including rural land, undeveloped lots, agricultural land, forest land, and even coastal properties. Whether your land is in a remote area, near a city, or in the heart of farmland, I am interested. My goal is to find properties most people would not be interested in at any price, regardless of what state the property is within.
2. Are you a real estate agent or broker?
No. I am not a real estate agent, broker, mortgage broker or connected to the real estate industry in any professional capacity. I am a private citizen who buys, and sometimes sells and trades or exchanges vacant land throughout the USA. My transactions are direct and personal. Each transaction i make sure it is a straightforward and transparent process.
3. How does the buying process work?
The buying process is simple and direct. If you have vacant land you want to sell, you can contact me with the details of your property. The more details you can provide the more I can get excited about buying your property. After reviewing your land, I will either accept your price, pass completely, or if we are close in price I will make you a cash offer. If you accept the offer, we can proceed with the transaction quickly and efficiently, without the complications of traditional real estate processes.
4. What areas of the USA do you buy land in?
I am interested in buying vacant land throughout the entire USA. Seriously! Whether your property is in the desert, on the coast, in the mountains, near a swamp, in the middle of the desert or in a rural farming area, I’m open to purchasing land in all regions. My focus is on finding land meeting my personal criteria, regardless of location.
5. Do you only buy land, or do you also sell and trade land?
Mostly I am a vacant land buyer. However, under the right conditions, I also sell and trade/exchange vacant land. If you are interested in purchasing land from my portfolio or if you have land you would like to exchange for something more suitable to your needs, I am open to discussing various options. My goal is to make transactions are mutually beneficial.
6. How do I know if my land is valuable to you?
If you have vacant land you are considering selling, there’s a very high chance I am interested. I look for land, even if it’s in an area might not be highly sought after by traditional buyers. No matter how remote your land is location, challenging terrain, or is simply ugly, I see value where others might not.
7. What is the benefit of selling my land to you directly?
Money to YOU… Selling your land directly to me offers several benefits, including a quick and straightforward transaction with no agent commissions or fees. Because I’m a private buyer, the process is streamlined. You deal directly with me from start to finish. This approach saves you time and makes sure you get a fair cash offer for your property. Additionally, unless you have a lot of acres, the type of land I buy usually has a much lower value than real estate agents desire to work with so they would not be very helpful in selling your land.
8. How do I get started if I want to sell my land?
Getting started is easy. Simply reach out to me with all the details of your vacant land, including its location, any relevant information and the price you desire. (Please be realistic, I do not want to waste your time or mine.) I will quickly review the property and get back to you within a few days, usually 1-5 days. If we both agree on the price, we can move forward with the sale quickly and efficiently, without the delays and you can have your money usually 15-30 days.
9. What types of land do you trade or exchange?
I’m open to trading or exchanging a wide variety of land types, including rural, agricultural, forested, coastal, and undeveloped properties. If for some reason you desire to trade rather than selling outright to me, we can probably work some deal. Send me your land details and valuation with a list of what type of land you might need to trade for. We can explore options for a trade benefitting both of us. Land exchange is a flexible way to acquire new property without the need for a direct sale.
10. How is trading or exchanging land different from selling it?
Trading or exchanging land involves swapping one property for another, rather than selling it for cash. This process can be quick and cost-effective, as it avoids the need for multiple transactions. It’s an ideal solution if you’re looking to acquire new land better suiting your needs while divesting from property no longer fits your goals.
